Board of Directors and Staff
The Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is group of 12 volunteers, nominated and elected by the general chamber members at the fall annual meeting to serve a three-year term.
Each December, a planning session is held with incoming, outgoing, and continuing board members to determine the executive positions, committee teams, to review the previous year's performance, and to start planning the upcoming year. Throughout the year, the Board meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 8:00 am.
The Board is broken down into many committees which are responsible for the organization of chamber events including the Rum River Festival, Business Expo, and General Membership meetings.
PACC has one full-time employee that reports to the Executive Committee, available Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with office closed on Fridays. Hours may vary during special event times.
